I have been following Mama Natural since I was toning up my body for pregnancy with my beautiful daughter, 7 years ago. This recipe helped boost Mama Natural to health fame as she was featured on Dr. Oz making this healthy pumpkin spice latte.
I use espresso instead of coffee & oat milk in this yummy recipe!

This recipe is lovely using nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves and all-spice, sounds like a “full-on autumn fantasy” to me. The Busy Baker uses espresso and pumpkin puree. You can use regular milk or dairy free milk in this latte.
Again, I use espresso as my stomach will not allow coffee.

This recipe is perfect for a fall movie night gathering or a seasonal party as you make in the crockpot for large groups and it keeps the drink warm for hours. For those lucky enough to be able to consume dairy, here is a recipe with real milk! Half-and-half or whole milk, depending on how creamy you desire, and condensed milk.
So excited that Hallmark Channel published their own pumpkin spice latte recipe!

Another food and wellness blogger I avidly follow is Alyssa at Simply Quinoa. Alyssa posts vegan and gluten-free recipes. I try my best to eat gluten and dairy free and I love her recipes, so it is a great fit for me! She does not drink coffee or espresso, she drinks matcha. Match is a green powdered tea that is super nutrient-dense and definitely needs some stevia or sugar added to it, in my opinion.
I started drinking matcha for a time period while I was trying to cut back on caffeine. So many antioxidants and health benefits.

Matcha green tea is super healthy! A superb natural superfood filled with antioxidants, B-complex, Vitamins C, B1, B2 E, beta carotene, iron, calcium and amino acids to support healthy body.
Detoxistina makes incredible recipes and she is a master at the instapot. I had no idea how to use an instapot or why I would want to use it as I already had a crockpot before her cookbook and teachings through her blog. She taught me how to make everything in an instapot and it is a game-changer.
Her recipe uses almond milk, pumpkin puree, and coffee (I substitute espresso).

I love my Instapot for quick, comforting meals. I have used Detoxinista's Instapot Cookbook for years.
